1. Zero Tolerance Policy
Huddle has a strict, zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are deeply committed to ensuring the safety of all users, especially minors, on our platform.
2. Definition of Prohibited Content
In accordance with global laws and platform guidelines, CSAE refers to child sexual abuse and exploitation, including content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
This strictly prohibits, but is not limited to:
- Grooming a child for sexual exploitation.
- Sextorting a child.
- Trafficking of a child for sex.
- Sharing, requesting, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- Any other form of behavior that sexually exploits or endangers a child.
3. User Reporting Mechanism
We empower our community to help keep Huddle safe. If you encounter any content or behavior that violates this policy, you must report it immediately.
How to Report: Please report incidents directly to our safety team by sending an email to safety@joinhuddle.space. Because our service is end-to-end encrypted, please include necessary evidence (such as screenshots or screen recordings of the abusive behavior) so we can thoroughly investigate the claim.
4. Content Moderation & Enforcement
To maintain a safe environment while respecting user privacy, we employ the following moderation practices:
- End-to-End Encryption (E2EE): Huddle utilizes end-to-end encryption. Because of this privacy architecture, we do not have access to, and cannot proactively scan or monitor, the contents of user messages or media.
- Report-Driven Investigation: We rely strictly on user reports and the evidence provided with them (e.g., screenshots) to investigate policy violations. Our team manually reviews all submitted reports and evidence.
- Any user found creating, sharing, or promoting CSAE content will have their account immediately and permanently terminated without prior notice.
5. Law Enforcement & NCMEC Reporting
Because we operate with a zero-tolerance policy, any detection of CSAM or severe CSAE violations will be reported to the appropriate legal authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement. We fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations regarding child endangerment.
