A quiet corner of the internet

A private home for the people you love.

Your friends will probably recommend it anyway.
The opposite of social media

Every memory, every voice, every late-night chat — in one place that's only yours.

Photos as crisp as the day they happened.

0:03

Real voices, not just text.

Shared with the seven who matter — and no one else.

Developed with the community — we build what matters to you.

End-to-end encrypted

Only you and your people hold the keys. Not even we can read a thing.

Made in Germany

Under some of the strictest privacy laws in the world.

Ad-free, forever

You're not the product — there's nothing to sell.

So… how much?

Nothing. Ever.

Every feature, free for good — no ads, no catch. The only thing you can ever buy is a little extra storage. That's how we stay independent.

Real Huddles

This is what people do with it.

Tom & Lara

Keep every journey in one album — each photo pinned to the place it happened.

Their idea, now in Huddle

Kyle

Writes to himself: a mood, a place, the weather — a quiet diary of getting out more.

Their idea, now in Huddle

James & Kyle

Long-distance, so they leave each other memories that only open in the future.

Their idea, now in Huddle

Peter, Tobias & Charles

Three friends who don't see each other enough, saving every stupid, perfect idea.

Johanna

Makes every Huddle hers — her colours, her details, down to the last pixel.

Before you ask

A few honest answers.

What's the difference to WhatsApp?

WhatsApp is a messenger — built for fast chats with anyone. Huddle is a private home for the same small circle. The memories timeline, the seven-person cap, albums and original-quality photos are built around long-term shared life — not single messages that scroll away and vanish.

Why a maximum of seven people?

Because closeness doesn't scale. Research on relationships keeps finding the same thing: real intimacy lives in very small circles. Capping every Huddle at seven keeps it quiet and personal — no noise, no performing for an audience, just real memories and real interaction with the people who actually matter.

Is it really end-to-end encrypted?

Yes — using the Signal Protocol, the same standard behind Signal and WhatsApp. Everything is encrypted on your device before it ever reaches us, so only you and your people can open it. We never hold the keys — not even we can see your memories.

And what does “free” actually mean?

Free means free. Every feature, forever — no ads, no tracking, no dark patterns, and we never sell your data. The only thing we ever charge for is optional extra storage. That's the whole business model.

Bring your people home.
